As part of a revamp of the ‘Living & Working Together’ area at Eureka! in Halifax, AY-PE developed two car-themed interactives, both of which launched in February 2023.

'Design a Car' gives visitors the opportunity to learn and play by assembling a 3D car, with an emphasis on making it eco-friendly. Visitors choose from a selection of body shapes, wheels, engines and body materials, learning about the pros and cons of each as they go along. After the vehicle is assembled, there's some fun customisation options that allow the car colour to be changed, and a selection of logos or stripes to be added. Once assembled, the car is then tested to determine how environmentally friendly the player's choices are, and a short results screen provides feedback.

I used Shader Graph and Visual Effect Graph to create some of the 3D animations.
